Shipping Policy - Bodanka Clothing, Shoes, and Socks

1. Order Processing Time
Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time: After your order is processed, delivery times will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and your delivery location.

Please Note: During peak seasons or sales events, processing and shipping times may take longer. We will do our best to keep you informed of any delays.

2. Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer several shipping options to cater to different needs and delivery timeframes. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method chosen.

Domestic Shipping (United States)
Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): $5.99 (Free on orders over $50)

Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): $15.99

Next-Day Shipping (1 business day): $29.99

International Shipping
We are pleased to offer international shipping to a variety of countries! Shipping costs and delivery times will vary based on the destination and shipping method. You will be able to view the shipping options and costs at checkout before completing your order.

Standard International Shipping: 7-21 business days (depending on location)

Express International Shipping: 3-7 business days

Customs & Duties: International customers may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fees.

3. Shipping Restrictions
PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses: We do not currently ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses for expedited or next-day shipping. However, standard shipping to these addresses is available.

International Shipping Restrictions: Some countries may have restrictions on certain products. If we are unable to ship an item to your location, we will notify you before processing the order.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your order online. If you created an account with us, you can also log in and check the status of your order under the "My Orders" section.

5. Shipping Delays
While we aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframes, please note that there may be occasional delays due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or holidays.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been shipped, it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier to deliver your package. Bodanka is not responsible for lost or stolen items once they have been delivered to the provided address.

Lost Packages: If your tracking number shows that your package has been delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We recommend checking with neighbors or others in your household to see if the package was received on your behalf.

Stolen Packages: If you believe your package was stolen, please contact your local authorities and the carrier to report the theft. We recommend using a secure shipping address (e.g., work address) to minimize the risk of stolen packages.

7. Address Changes
Once an order is placed, we are unable to change the shipping address. Please double-check your order details before finalizing your purchase. If you notice an error with your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@bodanka.com and we will do our best to make changes before your order is processed.

8. Shipping to Multiple Addresses
Currently, we only offer shipping to one address per order. If you would like to ship items to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each destination.

9. Customer Responsibility
Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. Bodanka is not responsible for delays or undelivered items caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
