1. What is Bodanka's return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on most items purchased directly from our website. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Please ensure that the items are unused, in their original condition, and have all tags attached.
How to return an item:
Visit our Returns Page on the website and complete the return request.
Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions along with a shipping label (if applicable).
Send the item back to us using the provided label.
Note: Sale items and custom products may not be eligible for return.
2. How can I track my order?
